Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with experience in Business Central (BC) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and the ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations
- Develop extensions, integrations, and custom modules using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform system integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Customize reports, workflows, forms, and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Required Skills
- Knowledge of extensions, customization, and deployment in Business Central / F&O
- Experience with Visual Studio and REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Understanding of Dynamics ERP system architecture and data models
- Knowledge of AOT, SSRS reports, workflows, and data entities
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (BC and/or F&O)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
