Azure Data Factory Engineer​
Experience: 5+year in Data Analysis, ETL Components and Migration.
Location: Sector-48, Sohna Road, Gurugram
Job Description:
  • Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Data flow, Azure Data bricks or ADB, Azure Data lake store or ADLS, Azure Synapse SQL Server.
  • Design and implement, test and maintain ETL components for multiple applications.
  • Working knowledge of data quality approaches and error handling techniques.
  • Good understanding of data modelling for data warehouse and data marts.
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new solutions and migrating existing data applications on the Azure platform.
  • Strong knowledge of replication processes, change data capture processes, Dynamic SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience working in complex data warehouse implementations using Azure SQL Data warehouse, Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
  • Design plug-n-play components that can be orchestrated into data flows, data ingestion patterns based on source systems and data formats, data quality frameworks etc.
  • Technical Skills: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks.

    Office Timing: 11a.m to 7p.m (Monday to Thursday)

    Experience: 1-2 years
    Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify solutions to software issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients Requirements.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Executive, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • SQL knowledge is a must.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
    Salary Range: Other criteria would be joining immediately or not more than 1 month of notice period.
