Sequent has been a Microsoft partner for over 15 years. As a Microsoft CSP Partner we offer a full suite of services for Dynamics 365 that includes licensing, implementation, training and support.

Our implementation approach is powered by our decade’s worth of experience and Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology. We have implemented Dynamics 365 in Biotech, Pharmaceutical Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, and Recycling Industries.

Dynamics 365 is an integrated set of applications that enhance customer experience from initial contact with Microsoft CRM to purchase lifecycle with Business Central or Finance and Operations and support and operations with Field Service. We create a connected experience using Microsoft’s Power Platform.

Our customers implement one or more of these applications and over time add others as the business grows. Our goal is to provide our customers with an easy-to-use system that accurately reflects business value in real time.

 For Business Central and Finance and Operations we have implemented Procurement to Pay, Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Inventory, General Ledger, and Fixed Asset modules.

 For CRM we have implemented Sales, Marketing and Customer Service modules.

For Fields Sales we have implemented Customer Service, Field Service and Remote Assist using Microsoft HoloLens.

Methodology

Sequent’s team of functional, technical and project experts use an agile approach to help define and refine customer requirements. We demonstrate established processes, features and configurations in a live demo environment and provide guidance based on our experience and standards established by Microsoft.

We build training content – guides and videos, for end users, business experts and technology teams to make the customer self-sufficient.
