Job Responsibilities
- Focus on gaining a deep understanding of the Agiloft system.
- Completes all required training at a level that passes or exceeds the minimum standards required of an Agiloft implementer.
- Assist in the customization of the Agiloft platform for client-specific needs and processes
- Stay updated on the latest Agiloft features and industry trends to advise clients accordingly
- Work on customer projects under the direction of a senior level implementer.
- Follow use cases and specifications to implement customized systems within the Agiloft framework.
- Participate in activities such as providing customer support and working on internal projects.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing software configurations.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Agiloft professional with proven expertise in using the platform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret client requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, familiarity with web-based technologies, and the ability to rapidly learn a complex and multi-faceted program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact politely with the occasional difficult customer.
- Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to the success of the company that goes beyond a narrow definition of job responsibilities.
- Experience with database concepts and web-based technologies are a plus.
- Agiloft Certification is highly desirable.
