Responsibilities:-
- Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
- Coordinate import/export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import/export processes and paperwork.
- Continuously review and optimize non-delivery resolution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to address non-delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
Skills: –
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in using tracking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong coordination skills with various teams and suppliers
- Understanding of budgeting and cost management in logistics
