Job Description
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
•Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps Power BI, and Power Automate preferred.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of CRM SDK and development tools.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, Microsoft Dataverse and other database management tools.
•Strong critical thinking, analytical skills & Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in at least one programming language (OOP), and one scripting language (e.g., C#.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript, Python).
• Must be familiar with using Web APIs.
•Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems & Effective communication and interpersonal skills..
•Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices & Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
• Graduate or Post Graduate
• 4+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
•Good to have Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
