We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Solution Architect to join our team. This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with a 10-member development team and collaborating with our US-based product and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end solution design and product development.
2. Guide and mentor the development team with hands-on technical expertise
3. Drive project planning, execution, and on-time delivery in aggressive startup timelines.
4. Work directly with senior stakeholders across India and the US.
5. Ensure architecture quality, scalability, and best coding practices.

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in Python & system architecture.
2. Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI
3. Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
4. Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
5. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
